Document classification and O&M Manual

Document classification and O&M Manual

(OP)
Hi All,

I am working with IEC standards and need assistance please on Document Kind Classification. There are codes given in IEC 61355, and these refer to certain document kinds, say an Interconnection Diagram would be calssified as MA - Connection documents.

My issue is how to deal with this if it also becomes part of the Operations and Maintenance manual, which then should have a classification of DC - Instructions and Manuals.

Clearly the document can't have two unique identifiers?

Has anyone come across this issue and resolved this conflict.

Thanks in advance.
