Building a landfill over karst in Kentucky

(OP)
I am looking for some guidance regarding how the Kentucky Division of Waste Management (KDWM) likes to deal with karst topography.  Has anyone had the experience of submitting a landfill permit to KDWM where the landfill was in an area with karst topography?  Does the KDWM have guidance documents regarding design for this situation?  I have been through their website but, have not found any help.

Use the phone. Call them up. Go see them in person.
