(OP)
We are looking to install 4 off ABB acs 800 75kW vsd on a cooling tower application , The only real issue we have (having fitted these drives to other applications ) is the fact that the plc is a allen Bradley contrologix . Can anyone advise on setting up the comms and are there tutorials available . We have a modbus emulator which we find useful is there a similar package for Devicenet

ABB does Devicenet for the ACS800, attached is the link to the ABB drive web page where you can down load the Devicenet comms adapter manual and the standard drive EDS file.  I've done devicenet with the ACS600 and the SLC500.  It's no problem, setthe drive to use communications, program the PLC to read/write the control word, status word and rerference word.

You need an RDNA for the ACS800.
