Hi Guys,

New here. Looks great for learning things and sharing.

I would like to change feature colors on my model. I can change the whole part color easy enough. But I would like to have a multicolor part to better show detail. This will help when I go to present it at a design review or something.

NX5, soon to go to 6

Thanks, Nick

RE: Feature colors

When you go into Edit Object Display, the default filter is set for Bodies and not Faces, so change the detailed filter to Faces and then just select the faces you wish to edit the color of.  Actual 'Modeling features' are not selectable for purposes of editing their color, but their individual faces are as described above.

Note that for NX 7.0 we are adding a separate quick 'one-pick' edit of face colors since many people have recently made requests similar to yours.

RE: Feature colors

That will be a nice enhancement.  Thanks for the heads up John.

Suresh,

I think you missed including The User Interface Styler file.
