Anybody help with the above item? Looking to weld EN19 to EN24 using FCAW what trade name or type of consumable should be chosen and what kind of preheat and post heat need to be applied?

1. Qualify a weld procedure and your welders
2. Specify some type of post weld nondestructive testing.
