Many of the questions we see posed would not be here if the authors could spend their own time studying papers on the topics from a variety of sources. Text books are not always the best and easiest source of information. Often the questions are not about detailed regulatory standards but about principles of the topic posed. I wonder if there is a place in the forum for a wikipedia like information list that would contain the internet address to all the wonderful references that there are out there, but often hard to find,  sites such as the Schneider Cahiers Techniques. Comments?
