Double pipe heat exchanger design

Double pipe heat exchanger design

Double pipe heat exchanger design

(OP)
Does anyone have a design method or can lead me to a site for double pipe heat exchangers.
I am specifically looking for the following calculations: -
1) to determine blocking ring/tubesheet thickness.
2) differential expansion stresses on blocking rings and shell & determine whether bellows will be required. Shellside is 3.3barg/10degC whilst tubeside is 119barg/230degC.
3) method of welding/attaching tube to tubesheet.

Many thanks in advance
