(OP)
Hello again

In addition to accounting for the actual time and resources needed to hold a large extended meeting (see previous thread entitled "Meeting Overhead"), I'd like to add a task for "meeting preparation" ahead of the meeting (prep ends when the meeting starts), and "meeting follow-up" that starts immediately after the meeting is complete.

Furthermore, the target date for the meeting is a milestone that I'd like to be able to move around as departmental priorities change, and I'd like the prep, meet, and follow-up tasks to move around accordingly.

Finally, the meeting milestone task is in a different project file as the others.  I know how to do cross-project links, but I wonder if there are easier ways to deal with the lengthy cross-project "URLS" than I know of, especially if we're talking about using atypical linkages -- like Start-to-Finish or something.

Sorry for being so verbose.  How do I link these tasks to make this happen?

Thanks.

Mike
