Vibration parameters

(OP)
Can anyone provide, or direct me to, a table of basic vibration parameters/limits for rotating  pumps/electromotors. I am looking for a simple way to evaluate fine/smooth/rough running conditions as measured by a displacement vibration monitoring data collector.

Thanks

RE: Vibration parameters

For typical motor/pumps you will be better suited to measure your vibration in terms of velocity than displacement - the exception being if you have proximity probes installed on journal bearings.

Basic vibration spec: ISO 10816

maybe you would receive more responses with the same question at the alignment/vib/balancing forum at reliability-magazine.com
