Treat produced water

Treat produced water

Treat produced water

(OP)
It's a very big problem to treat produced water to meet the requirement of water injection for very-low permeable oil field in the world.
Now, I am having a project of the produced water treatment. I will feel very appreciated if you can give me any suggestion or information.
Flow rate of produced water is 150m3/h
  before treatment:
     oil content:10~25mg/L
     suspended solid content:15~25mg/L
  the requirement for treatment:
     oil content:<5mg/L
     suspended solid content:<1mg/L
     the medium diameter of solid:<1¦Ìm

RE: Treat produced water

I would say that your main problem is to eliminate oil, which I think can be done through floatation. For the solids you should use a sand filter, there are some of them that will eliminate any particle from water.

Hope can help you
