Analog Multiplexing (Multiple Duplexing)

Analog Multiplexing (Multiple Duplexing)

(OP)
I am looking for any information re: the above with an array size of 512 or 1024 channels, that will address line speed of 1-20mhz. Individual channel logic is 48Khz with an AM envelope.

I want to be able to time slice 512 48 kilacycle signals into a single trunk line without introducing distortion.

RE: Analog Multiplexing (Multiple Duplexing)

Hi, first you need to digitise each signal, send it down the link, reconstruct each 1 at the other end.You will also need some form of syncronising signal.

RE: Analog Multiplexing (Multiple Duplexing)

Well, you have to sample each channel with 2*48K ---> 100khz
frequency. This includes one constant channel for sync.

The sum must have 50 MHz bandwidth.
