The March 2009, issue of "Structure Magazine", has a one page article on the (code) status of "Fiber Reinforced Concrete". I have been an advocate of fiber reinforcement since the mid-1980's - when used in appropriate situations. Whether you are, or not, this is a nice summary of what is happening with that product.
