1950's Cast Steel Yield Strength

I'm doing an analysis of a cast steel structure made in 1953 as part of a 120" road wheel dyno used for testing aircraft wheels and brakes. Typical rolled shape structural steel would be 33ksi for that time. Any ideas on what a typical cast steel yield strength would be from that time?

If you are conducting an analysis of an existing steel structure, I would suggest the following; contract a local metallurgical/materials testing lab that can do portable hardness testing and positive material identification (PMI).
Most reputable metallurgical/material testing labs can do this type of field work at a nominal cost. Typing the material and hardness will get you the necessary information without having to assume or guess mechanical properties and composition of the cast steel.
Another option is to remove a small sample from the cast structure. This is locally destructive but can be accommodated by removing the sample from a location that is subjected to low stress or would be non-injurious to the function of the structure.

However, I request you to take a look at a very useful book
(Metallurgy of Steel Castings " by C W Briggs. This is a 1960's book,if my memory is right .
The later version of this book is " Handbook of Steel Castings" published by ASM.
I am trying to locate some of the publications by Briggs,if I happen to locate, I shall provide you with more information.
