I want to draw Electrical panel circuit diagram and its febricaton drawing and plant lay out by scale. Can anybody suggest me simple free available software for the same ?

Nope!

But a pretty inexpensive recommendation would be: IntelliCAD.  Look around for it and you should be able to find it for about $100.

I just loaded and noodled around with IMSI DoubleCAD, a free equivalent to AutoCAD LT.  So far, it looks promising.

I use Easydraw for my Mac, it's available with a 90 day key for about $30 from easydraw.com
