Optimum Wall thickness selection

Could you help me to decide which wall thickness is the more appropriate from different point of view (economic, comercial availability, flexibility) for a pipezise 30", calculated thck 0.100". Any one knows prices for pipes, i would like to evaluate cost to make a decision.

The question on pipe prices comes up periodically. You might do a Google search on the forum to find one of the past threads.

If you calculate 0.1 inch wall thickness is needed and you only need a few joints of pipe, you'll probably be forced by economics to order 0.250" wall off the shelf, or the next thicker wall, etc. until you find something that meets your delivery schedule requirements.
