Dear All
I am building this tank for a mining company,i need a procedure, will be glad if anyone can help.

RE: CONSTRUCTION OF 800 METER CUBE BIOX CIL TANK FOR GOLD MINE

I am assuming you are talking about gold refining BIOX treatment. The BIOX tank is subjected extreme corrosive / erosive conditions and the minimum material to be considered should be Duplex / Superduplex. That's what I used on my last project a few weeks ago.
The BIOX tank is normally sized / designed / specified in detail by the process licensor, the tank fabricator will work out the design details, most likely per API 650. Obviously, the huge agitator loads and the additional sparging loads will be considered. Come back with specific questions, we might be able to help...
Cheers,
