Is there an option somethere where you can have the big buttons with icon and text while in the Advanced with full menus role user role in NX 6?

RE: Advanced with Full Menus Role _and_ Text on buttons

You can turn on the "big buttons with icon and text" with ANY toolbar that you wish.

So first pick the 'Advanced with full menus' Role and then go to the NX desktop and select the little downward arrowhead at the lower right-hand corner of a toolbar and when the 'Add or Remove Buttons' comes up move your cursor over it to the right and from the list of toolbars that comes up, select the one you wish to have "big buttons with icon and text" with and go down the list of available icons and toggle ON the 'Text Below Icon' option, as shown below

And once you have things the way you want them, just go to the Roles Palette and create an new Role by pressing MB3 in the 'white space' and selecting the 'New User Role' and giving it a names and saving it (you can even assign an image or icon to really personalize it).  Now if you change Roles, you can always get back to your favorite layout by selecting this new user defined Role.

I hope that helps.
