Load Inventor Drawings into AutoCAD

(OP)
I received a cd full of .idw files and I need to load them into AutoCAD 2008.  The only thing I could find is an "Autodesk DWG TrueConnect 2007 Object Enabler".  When I look at the help documentation on the above it states "Note: The enabler ships with products based on AutoCAD® 2008."  which is the version I am using but I can not figure out how to get this to work.
Anyone familiar with this "TrueConnect"?
Thanks.

RE: Load Inventor Drawings into AutoCAD

Hi rjason71,

Usually once you install these object enablers, you'll either have more options in the open dialog box, or import dialog boxes.  You may try inserting it as well.  I'm familiar with the TrueConnect enabler you're using, but I have used lots of others, and that's typically how they work.
