Dear All,
1. Where we can find out tips for preparing WPS for welding A335 P22 (27 mm thick) pipe weld joints. Are there any standard WPS available on net?
2. Also we need to weld a joint in the same line joining 22 mm thk A335 P 22 pipe and A 213 SS304H pipe with 15 mm thk. Would there be a requirment to PWHT this dissimilar weld joint? In my opinion, no..because we shall be welding it with ER309 Mo filler fire.

I would recommend purchasing an AWS (American Welding Society) Standard Weld Procedure Specification. They are nominally priced and an excellent source for welding information.
For this application I would recommend Inconel filler metal in lieu of 309 filler metal. Yes, you will need to PWHT the Grade P22 base material because of nominal thickness of the base metal at the weld joint transition (15mm). What you can do is butter the Grade P22 base metal using Inconel, PWHT and complete the weld joint using Inconel with no PWHT.

Which grade of inconel would be suitable for buttering & subsequent runs?
I think AWS 5.14 ERNiCr3 INCO82 filler wire should be suitable for this application and susbequent fill up runs can be taken up with AWS 5.11 ENiCrFe-3 Elctrodes.
