Can someone advice on what

Apply loading (reference PD5500:2006, Annex G.2)
1.Circumfrential bending moment due to a radial line load
  variation around circumference ?
2.Longitiudinal moment from radial line load variation
  around circumference ?
3.Circumfrential membrane force from radial line load
  variation around circumference?
4.Longitudinal membrance force from radial line load

Looking into PD5500 graphs all diagrams looks similar and I get lost in understanding the application of loads.
Attach to this mail are the small diagram showing the application of load, please if possible advice me on the application of loads.
