Attaching a sprocket to a shaft...

Attaching a sprocket to a shaft...

(OP)
I have a 46mm keyed shaft and I need to secure a sprocket to it.  The sprocket has a 66mm hole and a 4 mounting bolts on a 108mm bolt circle.

Is there a quasi off-the-shelf solution?  Can I buy a keyed hub in the correct size and weld on a custom flange?

Thanks,

Thanks for the link hydtools.  Just to follow up:  The shaft size appears to be 1-13/16" since the threads on the end are standard rather than metric (1-13/16 = 1.812", 46mm = 1.811").  Unfortunately this still seems to be an oddball size, so I'm having a custom hub machined.

I spoke too soon.  While my favorite vendor (McMaster-Carr) doesn't stock Taper-Lock bushings in 1-13/16", it appears that others do.

I had mistakenly assumed that Taper-Lock was a unique trade-name, but it appears that there are several manufacturers.

try to find a good machineshop who can make a bushing that has a cut on one side for a perfect fit and a keyway on the opposite side....
