Do any one know a formula for direct petroleum Bulk modulus calculation, i had use one from API 1101:

K=10^(5.722708-0.00819*API-0.00219*TF)

I would like to know if there are another more accurate and recently devoloped. I read here about Caragoe equation but i can find more information ralated, like date and background.

Bulk_Modulus_PSI = 100000*EXP(1.9947-0.00013427*TF-0.79392/SG^2-0.002326*TF/SG^2)

Since crude oils differ, I suggest to do a Google search on
"formulas to estimate the coefficient of compressibility of petroleum"
