The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has CAD standards for linetypes when submitting to their office.  They offer the standards for use with Microstation. Does anyone have a source for these standards for use with Autocad ?  probably in the form of a .lin file.

RE: Pennsylvania Department of Transportation CAD Linetypes

maybe you should post this question in the bridge engineering forum; you might find someone with PennDoT experience.

NYSDOT uses Microstation and a few years ago we had to do a project for them in Autocad and someone had to develop equivalent standards. I don't know if they would be of any help as CADD is Greek to me.
