EDrawings Freezing

EDrawings Freezing

EDrawings Freezing

(OP)
E-drawings freezes in the graphics area after interfacing about 2-3 seconds.  The GUI portion of the program still works....the buttons, menus, etc., but the graphics area is frozen.

I have the latest update for the approved graphics card.

I've uninstalled and installed several times with the same result.

Any ideas??

installed edrawings 2009 sp02 to view someone else's 2009 edrawing file.

the problem was also there previously when I used edrawings from 2006 and tried to read my own swx 2006 published edrawings, etc.

RE: EDrawings Freezing

What are your computer specs, what video card and driver is in the system?  Probably need to update that.
