HVAC Requirements - Supermarket

(OP)
I have read through several of the posts and was hoping to get some feedback/advice from those of you who have installed HVAC systems for supermarket/grocery stores.  We have an AC Pre-cooling product  www.saveoncooling.com  that started out as a residential product and we have recently introduced our commercial version.  We have installed these thus far on several office/light industrial facilities that have standard 7.5 to 10 ton condensers and we have found that approx 600 square foot per ton of cooling. The grocery store layout is much more complex with the needs for cooling/refrigeration/hvac etc. We are attempting to determine based on square foot of a grocery store how many condensers/chillers are required for cooling/refrigeration in order to determine number of our systems to model out prior to an actual site visit.  Any feeback/advice is appreciated.  Thanks..DJ
