Attribute Link Text - No Units

Attribute Link Text - No Units

Attribute Link Text - No Units

(OP)
Hi all,

Linking parameters of length values to a text box in drafting, I can obviously create a dynamic link to the parameter, so if the part changes the values in the drawing update.

In this example it is coordinates of 3D points for a pipe drawing. The coordinate dimension table is not associative.

But using the attribute link command unfortunately displays the units too. Is it possible to hide the units, as obviously I don't want my dimension table with units.

So, parameter in part = 25mm
display in drawing as = 25

Thanks in advance.

Jon Reynolds

As always, I find a solution as soon as I have posted a question!

The text is in a table... properties of table > text > display unit (uncheck)

Done.
