Residential floor levelness/flatness

(OP)
What are the tolerances for typical residential floor surfaces?  I am aware of the difference between levelness and flatness, but don't have a copy of ACI 117 which I believe states the tolerances for concrete slabs.  I also need to know the same information for elevated pier-and-beam wood framed floors.  I don't know which standard governs that.  Would it be the residential code for the area?  We use the IRC here.  Any help or insight is appreciated.  Thanks!
