Large Gate Pintles and Hinges

Large Gate Pintles and Hinges

Large Gate Pintles and Hinges

(OP)
Good Morning,
I've come across some Corps of Engineers drawings for miter and sector gates. They show Pintles and Hinges attaching these huge flood protection gates to the concrete walls. Does anyone know of a design standard for these hinges and pintles? The pintles are large ball and socket connections. As a structural engineer, I've not seen anything like this before.

RE: Large Gate Pintles and Hinges

Go to Army Corps of Engin. site. They should be there.
