Simulink: Implementing Space Vector Modulation

(OP)
I have tried to implement Space Vector Modulation in Simulink by simply supplying a three phase sinusoidal supply and then synthesising the SVm waveorms via the use of a SimPowerSystems inverter.

I am having a problem in that the output signal is not as expected. There is a large 'chunk' of the signal that has been removed (seen in Scope 3).
