Yes we had found this but when we contacted B&R they indicated that they did not have anymore in stock and were not intending to replenish this old model.  FYI I am in the U.S. Do you have any other ideas for locating this unit?  I have already contacted a couple of obsolete hardware companies and they are looking.....any help would be appreciated.

Best,

Jared

RE: Need help locating old B&R Microprocessor

Hello

What exactly does this coprocessor go into? Possibly someone out here knows of a store with an electronics bone yard and can pull one out of an old unit. We had a store called Dexas, they had everything from old PCs to motor drives pulled from company closures.

This goes into a one of two control systems for an airlaid nonwoven line produced by an Austrian company DOA.  This equipment was purchased approximately 10 years ago and we did not acquire a spare processor for the control system.

Thanks,
