3" Weld Neck Flange I.D. Help

3" Weld Neck Flange I.D. Help

(OP)
I am hoping someone will explain to me the markings on several weld neck 3" flange I have. They are labelled:
FB 3  1500 XH 182 F11  71 ABNS
I purchased them a part of a military (Navy) surplus auction and would like to correctly identify their intended use. What I have been able to find out (and it may be wrong)
FB is for "Full Barrel"
3 is for the intended pipe size 3"
1500 is the pressure rating 1500 lbs
XH is for Extra Heavy relating to strength
Anyone who can verify those terms and fill in the rest would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Westtnbob
