iAM DOING SOME TESTING TOMORROW FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH A MEGGER. I AM UNSURE OF HOW TO DO THE INSULATION RESISTANCE TEST AND THE LOOP IMPEDENCE. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

You asked a pretty general question there, if you're new to using a Megger type tester, go to www.megger.com and look up the publication "A Stitch in Time", always found this to be a good reference.

If you want a more detailed answer, details like what you're testing, rated voltage, etc would be helpful to get the best answers.
