(OP)
I am looking for a one way valve associated to be combined with a plastic
bottle cap, and a butyl bladder ( the one way valves associated with inflatable balls)  is all I can come up with. Does anyone have any
ideas or do have an already manufactured solution for me?

RE: butyl bladder

If you look into PowerAde's Powerflo (R) cap, I think that might suit your needs...? Look into that, and let me know.

RE: butyl bladder

I am also searching for a valve for a bottle cap. I want to use them for floatation on a Human Powered vehicle. Please let me know how the search progresses. Todd@cyclefun.com
