4 axis post processor (circular coordinates problem)

4 axis post processor (circular coordinates problem)

4 axis post processor (circular coordinates problem)

(OP)
I use standard 4 axis post processor (NX6) and have problem  with circular coordinates. After post processing I have

N0120 B342.
N0130 B324.
N0140 B288.
N0150 B252.
N0160 B216.
N0170 B180.
N0180 B144.
N0190 B108.
N0200 B72.
N0210 B36.
N0220 B0.0

The question is How to reduce the quantity of "B" angles ?

For example:
N0120 B342.
N0170 B180.
N0210 B36.
N0220 B0.0

I tried to do it using option "Cut step" in "Surface Area Drive method" but with no result.

RE: 4 axis post processor (circular coordinates problem)

There is a procedure in Post Builder for this.
Import the custom command pb_cmd_combine_rotary.tcl
and follow the instructions.
This will combine the rotary moves so you get fewer or only one if needed.
