Transformers filled with Envirotemp

(OP)
We have a 4MVA transformer 23kv to 4160 that is filled with envirotemp and has been sitting for approximately 4 years, unit has never been in service.  We are seeing initial test results that are outside of our normal tolerance for acceptance testing and I'm looking for your experiences with similar situations and/or results good or bad.  The particular results that have caught our attention are the moisture content and dielectric strength.

RE: Transformers filled with Envirotemp

Well those are two very importatn items. Just make sure you are using the standard for that type of fluid.

Do you have any prior tests for comparison?
