RE: In seat Theater ventilation

Try the European suppliers - Krantz, Halton, Swegon - you can either supply from the "steps" of from a preforated collar around the seats - I'm pretty sure Krantz makes a product like that, and EH Price can source them.

I've only ever done the displacement ventilation from the steps with either continuous slot/perforated face grille or intermittent DV grilles as the cost-effective solution.  Works great, no complaints for comfort or acoustics.

Thanks GMcD , I will give it try !

RE: In seat Theater ventilation

We sourced out the 'seat base' diffusers and found they were very expensive. We used the continuously perforated grille in the steps and were very happy with the results.

Keep in mind, the velocity, temperature and return grille location are all very critical in displacement ventilation.
