Ideal-Gas Thermal Property Coefficients

Ideal-Gas Thermal Property Coefficients

(OP)
Hello all,

I'm sizing a relief valve for the supercritical release of ethylene. In order to do this, I've been investigating using this method:
http://people.clarkson.edu/~wilcox/Design/reliefv2.pdf

However, I have not found a good reference for the required ideal-gas thermal property coefficients required for the calculations. An API book is referenced at the end of the article, does anyone in this forum know of another knowledge base (preferably free on the internet) where I could find these properties for ethylene?

Thanks!

RE: Ideal-Gas Thermal Property Coefficients

I believe that you are asking about the API Technical data books, right?  I am not aware of any other place to get that kind of data for free.

The company I work for has a set of these books and they are indispensable.
