Calendar from Excel data

This question was previously asked in a thread (thread770-121928: Calendar from Excel Data)posted by Gouveia...

I need to indicate the days on which certain activities will take place (most taking place over more than one day) on an annual calendar.

I missed Gouveia's upload, so if anyone can send me what he has done, or assist me in any other way, it would be appreciated.

Please note: Don't want to go the MS-Project and/or Outlook route!

RE: Calendar from Excel data

Antonf,
Just happened to catch your post.  Attached please find the excel file I have been using.  I have been using it for a while and found it to be helpful.

A couple limitations:
1.  Max (3) items for a single day
2.  Must sort the list by due date

Hopefully you can improve it some.  One of those projects that I only improved to a certain point and had to get back to my "real" work.

Thanks, will have a look and try to improve on it!  I really appreciate the effort!
