I need to find out what the residual tensile and torsional strength of 5" 18ppf P110 liner if it is pre-drilled with 36 holes/foot, 0.5" diameter holes and 45 deg phasing.
I am happy with determining the tensile strength of the liner however the torsional capacity is what is throwing me. I have been sitting with this for 3 days now and have dug out all my old Uni design books (Roarks....Shigley...etc) but can found no case examples similar to attempt basing this on.
Can anybody assist?

Kindest regards

M
