(OP)
I have a data set in excel format consisitng of nodes in one row and corresponding loads in another row. The number of nodes are almost like 500000 which makes me only to import the loads rather than just applying it manually. I even have an xyz coordinates for the node numbers in the excel format. The following are various questions that arised during my practice with a small example. I think explanation with some example would save you people a lot of time.

1. I created an excel file consisting of 29 nodes and corresponding loads in two columns which is attached in this file with name (excel.xls) and then conerted this file into .txt by just changing the format.

2. I have created a cylinder and meshed it using the sweep option and this file is attached as .db file. I have read this file as an table into the ansys using parameters-array parameters-define and the read the file txt file into the table.

3. When i apply the loads from table using the option like apply hflux - on nodes-pick all nodes and the selecting the existing table i obtained it was getting applied across all the nodes. When i listt the loads on the nodes it is displaying the table name on all nodes.

4. When i  tried to solve this problem i didnt end up with an solution.

5. My main question is like how to apply the hflux on the nodes ? which is the best way to apply the nodes on the selected nodes other than picking manually as it is a tedious work to do?
