The issue of EMC-EIA (Electromagnetic Compactibility and the Environmental Impact Appraisal)is now a subject for consideration.I am proposing to carry out a basic field work on some ICT facilities that are prone to lightning, surges,over voltages and other environmental tendencies.I therefore like to seek assistance from members on procedure and Instrumentations.

Normally, ICT Facilities are inclusive of structure,electrical and electronic-based equipment,wiring,etc.In other I have sought assistance on procedure that will cover all components.
