Where acn i find data about treating oil tanks with water absorbant polymers?

RE: Water in oil tank

water in oil storage tanks can be emulsified with the fuel oil by using bio-additives such as E-OIL manufactured and marketed from INdia Chennai.E-OIL effectively acts as a bio-emulsifier when it brings all the seperated oil and water molecules together and forms an emulsion which helps in improving the flame quality and steady flame.
Water in oil tank is primarily fue to the improper storage and handling conditions such as leakage of water through manholes etc. This could cause severe sludge problems in the tanks and cause pumping problems as well.
