Energy Comparisons

(OP)
Didn't really know where to put this one so I'll stick it here.  Does anyone know of a quick list of small processes and their energy requirements?  For example, let's say I have a system that uses 3MJ throughout it's lifecycle, and I want to compare that to some other everyday system (like lightbulbs or walking).  Is there a website somewhere maybe, or do I just have to do the calc for whatever process I choose?  I'm obviously being lazy here.

RE: Energy Comparisons

What I was looking for was something that had a list of everyday processes.  Basically I wanted to compare one process to another.  For example: let's say it takes 2.6MJ of energy to make a paper bag.  I wanted to say something like, "You would spend 2.6MJ of energy walking 40 miles" or "That's enough energy to power a CFB for 9 weeks."  Anyway, I figured something out in the mean time.  Thanks for the help, guys.
