Tab creates a beveled edge? "Cannot be handled"

Tab creates a beveled edge? "Cannot be handled"

Tab creates a beveled edge? "Cannot be handled"

(OP)
I'm building a sheet metal part which requires an odd bend condition.  I can't really describe it accurately, so I've attached a picture.  I created this feature by using an edge bend on both sides of the window, then sketched a tab between them.  Now SolidWorks is telling me that it creates a "beveled edge which cannot be handled."  Does anyone know how to fix this feature so it will unbend?

Currently using SolidWorks 2007 SP2.0, but I've tried opening the file and fiddling with it in 2008, not sure which SP level.

Well, nevermind.  I kludged it by creating a .00001 gap between the tab and the flange on one side.  Now I just have to go through and repair all the flanges that were defined from those edges... *hairpull*

RE: Tab creates a beveled edge? "Cannot be handled"

Creating the Tab between Unfold and Fold features should do the trick.

cheers
