Does anyone knew of a good reference or method to approximate the interlaminar shear stress on the resin between layers of a composite wrap for a pipe?

Difficult question with all the tapes and bonders out there these days.  Probably better to talk to your tape supplier, but have a look at this one in the meantime,

The technical specification - ISO 24817 has a formula that calculates this interlaminate stress based on pipe specifications and operating parameters.  This is only hoop loading...
