Does anyone know the affect crazing in hard coat anodize will have if the parts are put through environmental testing such as humidity and salt & fog? Also, if the crazing occurs in a vacuum surface will it cause leaks.

If the crazing occurs on a seal surface then it could be a source of leaks.  What type of aluminum and why do you need to hard anodize?
