Cut a rectangular pocket into a cone

I hope someone can help or advise on how I can cut a rectangular pocket in a cone (the depth must stay concentric to the cone). My only way... so far... is to sketch a rectangle and then Cut / Revolve the required number of degrees. Unfortunately this give a pie shaped pocket whereas I need the sides to be parallel.

I have made a quick model (SW2009 SP-0)if any one can help I would really appreciate it

Thank you for your help. It should do what I want.. and give me the opportunity to learn a new feature.
