Hi,

I am trying to model a bone block with 2 layers with different material properties, cortical bone and cancellous bone. The two layers should act as one body. How do I do that?

Thanks

Use a TIE contraint.

Isn't there a different way? a composite layup or something similar?

RE: Assigning properties to 2 layers in the same body.

Partition the body in the part module and assign different properties to each partition in the property module.

I successfully partitioned the body into two layers but when I try to assign properties it still selects the whole body instead of each section separately.

I've finally figured out how to do it. Thanks!
