I AM RUNNING AUTOCAD 2000 AND AM WONDERING HOW TO CHANGE THE FILE PATH FOR THE AUTOMATIC SAVE.  IT CURRENTLY SAVES TO A HIDDEN FOLDER AND I DO NOT WISH TO REVEAL ALL OF MY HIDDEN FOLDERS.

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP.

Tools>Options>Files>Automatic Save File Location

RE: AUTO SAVE FILE PATH

To change your Autosave location, do the following:
From the menu bar, pick TOOLS
Pick OPTIONS from the popup
From the Options dialogue box,pick the FILES tab
Go down the list till you see "Automatic File Save Location"
Double click on it
A subfolder will apear showing the folder location
Highlight it and pick the REMOVE button (this will not remove the folder,only the name)
Type in a new folder name and pick the APPLY button
Pick the OK button and you're done.
