Hello there,
I've been told by supplier that "For Quality S235 it is always issued MTC 2.2, which does not provide indication of Heat Number" Is it right?

As per EN 10204 clause 3.2: Test report "type 2.2"
Document in which the manufacturer declared that the products supplied are in complience with the requirements of the order and in which the supplier test results based on non-specific inspection.

1.Why it is always 2.2 cert?
2.So how I can be sure that test results belongs to exactly that heat numbered material?
3.What actually stated in 2.2 certificate?

1. It isn't 'always 2.2 cert'; the type of inspection document is that agreed at the time of the order.  What inspection document was requested and what was agreed?

2. With a 2.2 inspection document, the results do not have to belong to the specific heat of material supplied and, therefore, you cannot be sure.

3.  As a purchaser, the data to be reflected in an inspection document should be selected and specified from EN 10168 and then communicated to the supplier.

We asked our supplier to provide material certificate with mechanical & chemical properties (including heat number) of the purchased S235 material grade SHS. And they said that with S235 grade materials it is always accompanied by 2.2 cert. I suspect that he is not right, just want to find the source and reply him that as per certain standard it is not.

If you clearly expressed that 3.1 inspection documents are required, then your supplier is patently not correct.  If nothing was stated to the contrary, then EN 10025-1, Annex B, Table B.1, would only demand a 2.2 certificate for S235 with impacts at a temperature no lower that 0 deg C.
